Clinic Policies & Uninsured Services

- Bring your valid Health Card. All patients must provide a valid Provincial Health Card at the time of each visit. If you are visitor to Canada or you have refugee status, you are required to provide us with original valid photo ID. There is a charge for appointments if no valid health card is provided prior to the visit.- We schedule the last in-person visit thirty minutes prior to closing, the clinic will register the last in-person patient 30 minutes prior to closing time.
